Shipping Policy

Sungate's Dahlias is a small back yard dahlia operation offering a great but limited selection of dahlia tubers. If you notice items disappear or change to "out of stock" during the check out process, it's because someone else checked out and paid before you.

Tubers will be shipped beginning April 1, 2025, unless we have extreme cold weather delays. I am only shipping in the USA. Once the order is placed, I cannot add or subtract items and you place a new order. Try to place one order! I will not refund shipping for multiple orders. All tubers will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are:

1-6 tubers = $10.40

7-15 = $17.05

16 -40 = $22.45

If more tubers are ordered additional boxes may be required with costs above. Local pickup is also available.

Return & Exchange Policy

All tubers are guaranteed to be true to name and virus free. There should also be one or more good eyes present with each tuber. We want everyone to be satisfied with tubers ordered from Sungate's Dahlias, however we cannot be responsible for crop failure due to bad weather conditions, neglect of pest damage. Please contact me after June 30 of the same growing season with concerns.
